mar 2018 i had booked twpo reliance big tv set up box. As per your process, it will be install within 30 to 45 days,

I have several followup to customer care, but i m not getting the responsible reply

I heard many people facing this same problem

This is spoiling of banner (Give a responsible answer to your customers).Since you fail to execute your contract, Please refund my payment of 998/-. Made by me for pre booking of two setup box's with applicable interest immediately back.
