This is inform you that I have booked the RBIG TV connection on 4th Aug’18 with booking id[protected] also mention in subject line.
It’s over a month and there is no information regarding the installation and neither I have received any call form your side.
I called to customer care, they asked me the mobile no. which is [protected], they told me that this number in wrong. Again I asked please find with booking Id, they told me to call again with valid number and drop the call immediately.
Although I have provided the correct mobile number to them as I have received the message also for booking.
If they are not able to do this then please request you to refund my amount.
