Reliance Bigtv — pre booking connected still not arrived

I have prebooking on reliancebig tv online website on 6th september 2018 still i haven't get connection i have called customer service center and every times they tell me same you will get connection in 1 week almost one month goes but could not get anything please help me

I have issue with Reliance BIG TV Dish. some of the channels are deactivated. I want to change my registered mobile number to [protected] as i moved to different location.Please help me to change registered mobile number and for the issue as well which i have mentioned above.
