[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — pre booking no 14558241 for installing a new set top box

I have registered for a new set top box by pre booking vide booking id no.14558241 on 26/8/2018. While booking you have promised that the set top box will be installed in 30 to 45days. When i contacted the customer care no. They are saying the product will be installed after one week. Please let me know when the product will be installed.
