Dear sir/madam,
I have been pre-booked dth services on 01.03.2018, smart card no.12504174 with a promise of installation from 30-45 days i tried so many times with customer care executives to know the status, who doesn't know any languages (Even english) except hindi, and they are not in a position to update the status, even i sent mails 6 times no response mail or acknowledgement, even i sent a mail to cancel my order, but no use.
