I booked bigTv setup box from below website https://independenttv.in Still i does not received connection. Also i am not getting proper response from them. So that i decided to refund and sent many emails for refund but no reply on any emails. Even i not received refund yet. Below are details to track my order. Name : Mukesh Kanzariya My mobile number is : [protected] Ordered : Freedom pack rs.1999 Order date is : 1st Dec. 2018. CUSTOMER ID: [protected] ORDER NO ; 832552 GRIEVANCE NO. : 1089188 dated on 1st Dec 2018 Two months passed but no any response. This wesite must be black list. From last one week our tv programs are not came. It shows error 400. i put up a complaint last week but not get any reply Complaint no is: 673592.
