Hi, my card no is[protected], annual bronze subscription, the company is not broadcasting the no of channel s as promised by them since last 20 days, once they say that they are ending their services, and to give missed call and when the tata sky, confirms for providing services, immediately the big tv displays that they will continue the service, the customer care is not responding to calls the website is not opening, is the company playing with its customers, this amounts to deficiency of service and unfair trade practice, which the company is well aware, if the services are not restored in time, please refund the amount, there are many service providers waiting to provide dtd services, i hope the company will not give room for further legal complications. i have done recharge in may, 2017 for annual package. now we will take responsibility for giving my refund.i hope consumer forum will look into this and give us our hard earn money backl Was this information helpful? |
