I have recharged my big tv will the silver pack amount after i received a message for the same but now after the recherche is done my big tv is not working. I tried all the possible contact numbers bt they are invalid. Neither there is any assistance given to us so far not the tv is working. Also no such service centres are mentioned online so as if we can go and forward our complaint there. All the numbers emails given online are not working so how can we get our issue resolved from

I have recharged a sum of Rs. 248 the services didn't resume none of the customer service number is working. I want to know how to get my deposit and the recharged amount back.
