Reliance Bigtv — reliance big frequent error 400

I have reliance big TV connection from more than a year, but it is very frequent that signal lost and such error keep coming
We have package till 2023.
I am highly disappointed by reliance big TV services.
It is just horrible.
The frequent error is 400 signal lost. Though the weather is clear.
This issue is now occurring for last 3 days
We are paying and not getting any good service
