Booked a new Big TV connection on 01, March 2018, booking ID 0. Been given 3 deadlines for connection, but company failed to meet all of them. Worst "Customer Care" experience, they hang your calls which is very rude. No clear instructions as of now about how and when do we get the connection installed.
Suspect that if somehow they'll get the connection installed and we pay them the rest of the amount, would they ever listen to our issues, if they arise somehow?
Really bad experience from Reliance. Want help in getting my amount (Rs. 500) refunded, which I'm expecting is stuck with the worst DTH company in India. Was this information helpful? |
