I have booked dth connection no 12947512 on 20/03/2018. I was informed that
Installation process will start within 45 days. On 05/05/2018 mail was sent to me from your installation deptt[[protected]@rbtv.in] installation will commence on 15/06/2018. Later your customer care deptt told on phone it will commence on 30/06/2018. Today i again complained to customer care on phone no
[protected] and i was told that it will done on 31/07/2018 if your are in a hurry you can cancell booking and take refund of rs 499/- is this your way of talking with customer.
