Hi Team,

I have booked a connection on 8th Feb 2018 under your pre-booking scheme. Booking ID is 12512634. The period of 45 days is already passed and I still not have received the connection. I sent email to your customer care but there is no response yet. Called on both customer care number and they are not working. Please let me know what is happening. At least make your customer care numbers working so I could talk to someone.

Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by SM_J I just called the consumer forum and they informed me that the company is closed. Reliance BigTV is not more functional and they are not going to provide any service anymore. They have further advised me to go to consumer court and file a complaint.
