I have booked a bigtv set top box on[protected] with registration fee as 500/-. As per the reliance bigtv commitment the dth box will be installed within 30 to 45 days, after prebooking, but, now it is 270 days completed, there is no update on installation and no response from their customer care no.[protected] & [protected] and email. They are just fooling general public by giving such false commitments and schemes.
