Reliance Bigtv — rs 499 debited (txnid - lt[protected]) from my account but no conformation mail or message received

I paid an amount of 499 rupees at 12 pm on march 1. The amount was debited from account but i am not receiving conformation mail or message
Till now. I called your customer care but they were unable to solve my problem.
Please send me conformation message or refund my money.
If you are unable to solve customer issue, then why are you make such offer.
