Reliance Bigtv — set top box not install booking id[protected]

As per reliance digital tv offer advertisement on online i booked reliance digital dish tv on 07 july 2018 my dth booking id[protected]. It will be installed within 45 days. But 116 days time gone but still any installation response not yet received from reliance digital tv end. I tried multiple times by phone & email to reliance digital tv customer care but they are telling us wait for 7 days but still pending from reliance.

I have booked Big TV on 8th Jun 2018. It's already more than 100 day but this has not been installed yet.

Could you please let us know by when it will be installed.
