Our set top box no.[protected] was suddendly stop on 29th jully, hence, i call on customer care no.[protected], but, on this toll free no. All information feeding but, last lady said, due to
Emergency situation not to forward your call to customer care executive & disconnect phone, this was happen more than 20times in previous 4days & suddenly today, lady said your weekly
Calling limit crossed & stop, i also call on [protected] & [protected] but, same recording song replied.
So, please, take corrective action.
