I got a message on my TV from you stating that from the 18th of November you are shutting shop for the Reliance BIG TV and you guys have arranged
a seemless transfer to Tata Sky. It was instructed to give a call to this number ([protected]) to get a Tata Sky connection at no cost. I have
called that number. Even callled that number and still waiting to here from them.
But you guys have stopped the services from right now and its only the 2nd of november . Is this how you treat your customers who have been with
you from a number of years now?
