Reliance Bigtv — signal not getting from 15.04.2018

From 15.04.2018 i am not getting any signal in reliance big tv. Every time error 400 is being displayed. It is very pathetic that customer care also cheating people. Whenever i call "customer is busy try again later" is the response. If you can not provide proper service kindly make arrangement to switch to another service provider or refund the money.
