Reliance Bigtv — smart card pairing error

Dear sir my DTH was installed in 2009. My Smart card No is[protected] and my Relaince Big tv box No is SHYSTC[protected]. I had recharge my account Rs.210/- dated 24.03.2018 but smart card pairing error was displayed. Then customer care executive had told me to provide technician to solve the problem, recharge Rs.175/- dated 29.03.2018. Then after calling day after day, some one of the customer care executive had told me to recharge Rs.400/- dated 27.04.2018 for smart card error issue will be carried out by system from us within 24 hours. Till today complaint is not sort out by you. My balance is reducing and signal displayed smart cart pairing error. Please resolve the above problem and carry forward balance too.
