Reliance Bigtv — still connection not provided

Date of purchase: 16th march 2018
Had purchased reliance big tv when the offer is in march. It was told the product will be delivered within 45 days of the purchase. But now it has been more than 5 months since the purchase but it has not been delivered yet.
There is no response from the reliance big tv.
Nobody answers the customer support number and emails are not being answered too. Tried to reach out to the support team couple of times but there is no response from their end.
Kindly help. Either refund the amount or provide the subscription. It really unprofessional and unethical to cheat customers like this
