Since sun network channels are not working on my tv, im calling the customer care for the last few days and they are so clever in disconnecting the call when it gets transferred to their customer care executive. This is not the way you treat your valuable customers..
If this issue doesn't get solved by this sunday, then i'm moving to another service provider.. Irresponsible management, not even able to talk to the customer. Very bad.. Was this information helpful? |

From October 3 my sun channels are not working...it shows temporarily unavailable...
If I call to customer care ...they not attending the cal ...or not proper responseding...
