Smart card #[protected]
Sun network channels are not available for past few days and you cannot reach customer support. After going through ivr they disconnects the call. This is not the way to treat your customers who has been with you inspite of disconnecting so many channels in the past few years. I'm a long time customer. This has to be rectified or i will switch to some better provider.
