Reliance Bigtv — termination of services to certain channels

I have subscribed to tamil channels pack and the service to sun tv and other channels was terminated for the past 10 days. I am calling the toll free number to lodge a complaint and they are not free to take the call and my call never went through once in these 10 days. I just don't understand why the services were terminated all of a sudden. I even recharged with rs. 1000 only a few days back. This is the second time this has happened. Last time it happened, after around two weeks, they asked me to pay another 250 and the matter will be solved. I paid and the matter was solved. I don't know what they expect from me. Phone calls are not picked.
