[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — till date installation not done

I had booked reliance digital tv dated on 20th march 2018, booking id is 14531714. Till date not getting any confirmation calls or not getting any installation to customers...

Is it big fraud with customer? Every time they are shifting dates by 1 months
...

[protected]@rbtv.in mail id also not supported, customer care persons are uneducated, they are not skilled person.

Complaint marked as Resolved

No this all are fake, not received any mail, not received any call. How can they make it as resolved without resolving.

Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
