All Sun Network channels Removed without any information.. we purchased Relaince Big TV set of box, also recharged for South value pack.. All our favourite channels Removed. Like sun TV, k TV, Udaya TV, Gemini TV, all major and minor channels including.. such a shame act.

We are also facing the same issue. We purchased long term packs and you can remove channels without notice. Whatever is committed at the time of purchase same should be given for the tenure.

Now started the new issue with MTV Colors And SOny pal channels.
The screen shows there is technical issue around and after few days the channels get replaced with some silly and stupid channels.
And they dont even compensate on that, as if we are out of recharge within seconds the account will be suspended, when it comes to you after showing 20 days of technical issue problem to this many channels and still you dont compensate for that.
I guess the brands take lightly to their customers might be we are the reason for that as well as we wont pushup at these problems and respond to complain.
If we regularly do this I guess they will look into our issues as sooner as possible.

All Gemini tv network channels and etv network channels have been suspended without any prior notice. It's not a small issue if 13 channels of a regional pack (of total 30 channels) were suspended. And they are even not ready to be available for customers through their toll free number.
