Without any info sun network is unavailable in our big tv for more than a week.
We are your subscribers since 2008.
We are trying to complain through big tv customer service toll free no but not even got connection more than a week.
This irresponsible attitude makes everyone angry.
There is no value for money.
If this situation continues & no sun network in your dish means then first repay our initial payment & yearly subscription charges immediately.

It is quite irritating in trying to reach again and again for an hour, it is waste of time and energy and so much inconvenience. Arrange for the call back or resolve the issue.

What is the reason we are not getting many Kannada channels. Few are listed below
Channel number 815 : Udaya TV replaced to KALKI TV : "Coming soon "
Channel 816: Colors and it is giving Error : " Channel temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons, service shall resume shortly"
Channel 821 : Changed to TV5 Kannada : Error : " Channel temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons, service shall resume shortly"
Channel 822 : colors super : Error : " Channel temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons, service shall resume shortly"
Channel 828 : Change in channel and new channel is News18 kannada : Error : " Channel temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons, service shall resume shortly"
Please check and do the needful at the earliest, it is almost two month we have not been getting channels and recently few more channels are discontinued
