Hi,
Its been almost two months i had my connection down. (Smart card no :[protected]. Raised a complain on june 27 but still no action taken till date. Cannot be able to get connected to customer service more then half to forty minutes of call waiting and then no respond as well and call gets auto disconnected. Very pathetic response.
Can you please do some thing to get my connection up as soon as possible. Least send a technician which i was been asking for two months.
If you guys cannot do any thing lease reply so that i can change the services Was this information helpful? |
