I doubt why they are running customer care service. If they cannot respond to calls better to shut down the service. Coming to point the sun group network channels are not available for about a week. They should refund the amount as we primarily recharged for watching those channels.
If they cannot solve the problem discontinue the channels and refund my money. I can move to some better dth service. Dont think people are stupid and you are smart. If all people switched to other dth your dth market will vanish.
