[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — waiting for installation for 7 month to happen

I am tired of following up for Reliance BIG TV cable connection.

I am continuously trying to get my installation status from last 1 month.Leave installation these people didn't have the courtesy to response to the mail.

There customer care is so rude, they didn't know how to talk.

I have applied for the connection on 1st March 2018, today is 2 Oct 2018, its been more than 7 month. Shame on you people.

Neither they are refunding deposited amount.

My Booking ID : 12506761 . I have made two booking for two connection, deposited with them Rs 998.Now they are neither refunding my amount, saying they didn't have any provision for this .

I got call from there local distributer in the vasundra GHz area the very next they I registered complaint with your site. Thanks Team, finally I got my connections installed your contribution is much appreciated .
