[Resolved] Reliance — billing dispute | |
my postpaid no.is [protected] i m having rental of rs49 and also a add on pack rs399 which is pro rata based pack.my billing cycle is 26 to 27 of every month.i requested to call center csr to deactivate my add on pack on[protected].he raised a sr. sr no is[protected] which is processed on 7-4-2014 and resolved on 8-4-2014 .i have also got an confirmation message from company that the add on pack has been deactived but the reliance charge me for the full month in behalf of 11 day.so please do needful.
