Reliance Broadband — ACTIVATION OF WRONG PLAN | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I have activated WICF699 plan with 2mbps which was also confirmed by your customer care they have also sent me the confirmation through plan picture which i have attached in this mail. But when i am checking it in "my plan" on Reliance Broadband its showing me WICF599 plan with 1mbps screen shot is attached. I have made various complaints to your customer care but seems like they are not understanding my issue. Every time they come up with resolving of other complaints which i have never faced. Its been more than 20 days i am following up with their customer care but its of no use.
