[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — After paying Advance Rental, My internet is not working. My subscriber id:[protected] | |||
This is to inform you that I have applied for a Reliance broadband connection on 29th April 2015 and my my subscriber id is[protected]. I am not satisfy with your poor connection and even services. I have put many complaints from 22nd June onwards regarding the internet is not working but still no services are provided by your company. I am totally disappointed with your services. Then now you are sending bill for no internet connections. I have paid advance rental for the month of July 2015 but I don't get your interenet connections for a single day. Why you are sending this bill? My internet is not working since 20th June 2015 and I want my payment back. I don't want to continue your broadband connection any more.
