[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Ask for Service deactivate as its not working in Pune since 17th Dec 2014 | |||
Hello my User ID[protected] Wasim Inamdar My Internet is not working since 17th December and I heard MNC Corporation pull all the cable from Kondhwa Pune not sure about that after waiting till 30th i ask for deactivate my connection as this is not working and my billing cycle start from 19th December so i ask them i dont have pay anything bcoz its not working and i have been follow from that till today and every time they say my request is closed for termination and i have pay the bill and getting call from there Reliance office asking me to pay the bill. What i pay if i didnt use anything . the Internet service is still not working in Pune Kondhwa . i have email my complaint no for deactivation and today i come to know like all this year they say my request is closed due some technical issue. please can some one help ?? my new complaint no[protected] again they will ask me to pay the bill which i am not suppose to . please ask my connection to be terminate and should NOT charge me anything as i always pay on time and in advance. i got person who collect the modem and other stuff but i got sms not Pay Pending reliance bill to avoid legal action. what kind of legal action ?? I don't understand why they are stopping to asking me for bill i clearly mention i am not suppose to pay the bill becuase my connection is not working before my billing cycle start. and monthly rental was 785 but i changed to quartile plan but before it start from 19 of December Broadband connection stop working from 17th December i would never ask for termination if Reliance problem solved in 10 to 15 days but In Pune it still not working. could you please Seriously look in this issue ?? and stop Bothering me for BILL?? i always paid my bills before the dates now i have listen this all crap ???? PLEASE STOP ASKING ME THE BILL .I WILL NOT PAY IF I DIDNT USE IT.
