[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — bill issue and cancellation | |||
i have requested to cancel my broadband connection of 3rd June 2015 .cancellation id is[protected] this. my billing period is 6 months.it just ended at 29th June 2015. but my connection was not working at 21/06/2015 and at the date of 30th june, 2015 my connection was not working so i have call customer support for cancellation . they accepted my cancellation and next day i got call from mumbia head office for final cancellation and they have told me that your cancellation is approved and our people will come for taking router and other things, but still i am getting call form reliance that your bill is generated for next 6th months advance payment.why should i pay bill for next 6th of 24/06/2015 to 23/12/2015? i have paid my previous bill of date 24th december, 2014 to 26th june, 2015 and i have paid 3100rs also. please do something.i have attech bill ganarated for advance 6 months Was this information helpful? | |||
