Dear All Concerned, Kindly send the bill for the relationship no[protected], for the period from 27/11/2015 to 26/12/2015. (Dongle No - [protected] & [protected]) We have till date not received the hard copy. The payment has already been done thru ECS. Kindly treat this matter on top priority, and send the bill for the mentioned period only. I have been chasing reliance customer care for the last 2 months, yet this is not solved. I have received the email, but not addressing my query. The bill has been sent for Jan-Feb instead of the quoted period of Nov-Dec. How can the customer care department be so careless that they do not even go through the query, but is always in a hurry to close the same??? Highly disappointed.
