[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Broadband frequent disconnection issue not resolved | |
My reliance broadband subscriber id is[protected]. I have been facing frequent disconnection issues for the last 6 months. It started when my old braodband modem stopped working and you replaced it witha new one. Sometimes my uptime in a day is merely 10 hours. Yesterday i didnt get it from morning till afternoon. I had already registered several complaints, but they just keep closing my complain without informing and without doing anything. I didnt even get a call from technical staff. I got only 3 hours uptime today. Why dont you have any responsibility. I am thining about terminating the connection.
