[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Broadband internet not working, everytime file the complaint for whole month | |||||
The internet by reliance is always a problem since i have started. Always it gets no signal and disconnected. Too many times file the complaint again and again and says it will be resolved within 24 hrs. It takes 3-4 days and when it starts, shuts down again in few minutes. Again file the complaint... And keep going like that. Now its not working since five days, complaint id[protected] Id[protected] please resolve this immediately. Sep 5, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved After 15 days, when the net stopped working, The company sent technician to repair the wiring fault, they tried for two days and sorted.
But my net was stopped and did not work for 15 days, it was a problem.

Just calling me that your issue will be resolved soon, Doesn't solve the issue. Still nothing has been done. What's going on. Nearly two weeks gone and I am working with another service. This is not a solution. When the payment date will come, you will start it for a day and ask for payment, than again same thing. This I have experience from last payment. Last month was not working and payment date 29th june, It worked, I paid and just after that stopped working. I will not pay this time until you issue a fee waiver for this.

Now it was working on 11th july just one day and again stopped working. I don't know what is going on. Just stop this service and cancell my subscription. This hectic for all time, I dont want.

The person says it is a technical problem which can occur any time, My question, does it have a limit to occur or just keep giving this excuse and run the service 5 days a month and keep customers annoying. Technical issues occur once or twice a year. not every day or second.
