This is the second major outage i have faced within one year apart from numerous minor outages. This is the worst service I've used so far.
This whole month my broadband is not working and most of the time it is the problem of wire.
Also I do not have time to lodge conplaints and keep track of those numbers for waiver request which you are not going to entertain anyway. It is your duty to keep track of those things and provide us with the waiver for the number of days connection was not used.
maybe I'll just disconmect the connection by not paying the bill and keep all your instruments with me as a collateral for the security deposit I made.
