Reliance Broadband — Broadband Net not working since December 2014

Hello there, my name Liju, and I currently have a Reliance unlimited plan (Customer ID[protected]. To my utter disappointment, I have not had internet access up from the 27th of December 2014. After numerous complaints and follow ups there was no response from Reliance end of any kind and the customer care executives were only taught to explain the following statements “ Sir, I regret the inconvenience this may have caused you, but I assure you that the connection will be rectified within the next 24hrs” – this stance was repeated every single time I spoke to a customer care executive. None of the executives were able to provide any concrete solution to the “server and network issues”. I had also requested a call back from the supervisors and technical team, none of which were heeded. In fact, I do not know if the executives actually note down the issues the customers tell them in the service request. The worst part of all this is that, I was in the country up until the 5th of January 2015, and so my last complaint before leaving the country was on the 4th. I landed back on the 31st of January only to find that the internet is still in a non-usable state. I have registered a complaint everyday uptill the 3rd of February (the date of typing this complaint) for non-working net issues. To make matters worse, during my last call to the customer care, I was shocked to hear that the complaint was closed when the issue was NOT RECTIFIED. THE EXECUTIVE HIMSELF STATED THAT HE DOES NOT KNOW WHY THE COMPLAINT HAD BEEN CLOSED WHEN THE ISSUE WAS IN FACT NOT RESOLVED. If Reliance cannot rectify an issue for customers but rather demand payments on time, I demand a refund or reimbursement for the whole month I have been unable to use the internet. I wish to take legal action if this is how it is going to proceed for the next day. The following is the list of complaint numbers since the 31st of January: 1. [protected] 2. [protected] 3. [protected] Another issue is the poor maintenance of Reliance equipement, I had clearly informed the Reliance customer care regarding the condition of the Reliance box placed outside the premises. No-one has bothered to show up to rectify the condition of the box so far.

Thank you for rectifying the issue(temporarily). However, the matter is not fully resolved. I am not available at home everyday of the month and so i cannot constantly make complaints. The issue was resolved on 6th Feb 2015 after i made a heated call asking for the refund of the amount and disconnection of service. The very same day a technician came by and rectified the issue. He told me the issue was local, when every single executive i had spoken to told me its a Server issue or a Fiber cut issue. On the day i had to leave (12th Feb 2015) the connection was not working again, and only this time i was not getting connected through to the customer care executive itself. On the 18th, the connection was really sloppy, as in out of 24hrs a day i may have internet access for about 2 hours altogether. What is the point of having such a connection? I was supposed to book an emergency ticket on the 21st, and guess what? No connection when you need it!!

1. I need this rectified - When i say rectified, i mean stable internet connection all throughout the day and not at short intervals when Reliance feels so.
2. I need a complete refund of the 6 months payment for the non existent internet connection for the month of January 2015. Everytime i asked the executive to take this request down, they were hesitant and stated to please request it after the connection has been rectified. And when i do call after the connection has been rectified, i do not get access to an executive at the customer care.

I will be looking forward to your response on this issue.

Correction to the 2nd statement regarding the refund, i did not mean a full refund of rhe 6 months amount, but a refund for the month of January 2015 from 9th to Feb 6th since the 6 month payment period starts from 9th January2015.
