Hi,
I have paid rs 1300 to reliance executive on 28 july 2015 and on 1 Aug 2015 I received an email from reliance that your customer Id is generated[protected] and your connection will installed within 5 days. After sending emails and many followups with customer care executive they are unable to install my connection because the box available near my house is full. They are not going to expand box or shift anyone else cable to other box. They are waiting for someone to disconnect near my house than only I will get connection.
They kept my money in their account and i am facing mental harassment.
Kindly do the needful in this regard
