1) Broadband wired internet connection not working from 20th June 15.
2) Raised multiple tickets but no resolution still.
3) Was informed on 7th Aug that Reliance has not paid the bill from June 15 for the DSC Hub next to my building hence the disconnect.
4) I have raised a request to disconnect my connection and need a waiver.
5) Cust. Rep. told me that it will take 60 days.
Pl revert with my payment for JULY-AUG-SEPT'15 of INR 1997 and pro-rata rebate from 20th June to 30th June'15. I am tired of Reliance and don't want to rant on this forum. Just give my money back and spare me this nightmarish service. Was this information helpful? |
