[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — broadband wire broken , but no one to listen from last 15 days | |||
i am a reliance broadband user from jaipur rajasthan., customer id[protected] the broadband wire outside my house has been broken from the past 15 days. i have made complaint regarding the same to the customer care and also to the appelate authority but they are not taking any sort of action regarding the issue. just want to solve this issue at the earliest and also want to know if there is any organisation like TRAI for broadband complaints so i that i can take up the matter up to their notice and lodge a complaint against relaince Was this information helpful? | |||
