Reliance Broadband — Cant connect

Hi team, My Broadband connection is not working since 03rd of July. I was not given any proper update on what's going ON. When i called the helpdesk they do not have any TAT as to when the problem would be fixed. I was just told few days and its still not working. I do not understand as to why RELIANCE being a BIG company cant update on the progress. Its been very hard without broadband all these days as I completely rely on the broadband connection for every day work. Please get back to me with appropriate update as to what's going ON.
