[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Charging money without giving bills/reciepts | |||
Hi My ID[protected] I am using Reliance company connection and from the last 4 days I am facing lots of trouble with services. I am using connection with my wifi router and it is not working properly on my system and not even on my wifi router. In the starting, I gave 250 Rs additional charges to executive for connecting internet with wifi router and now they are demanding for 500 Rs. I want to know is this charges under company's rule or they charge accordingly as they want. I dont have any problem to pay but I want your company bill and they are not comfortable to provide us a bill of charges. Was this information helpful? | |||
