Reliance Broadband — Complain regarding network issues

Its been 3 months I am not able to use my Reliance netconnect+ hsd due to lack of network for which advance payment of 1370 had been paid, I want compensation for lack of service in form of refund of my money and mental and physical torture by continuous calling by reliance and visit to head office.please help me becoz its been 3 months and I am not getting network and they are solving my problem and don't even my pick my calls My netconnect+ phone no.is [protected] .
