[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Complaint against reliance broadband | |||
I have already registered a complaint against Reliance broadband in Grahak Seva and it is more than 24 hrs. Reliance is not trying to Communicate with me to understand my issue. I am totally frustrated with this, that is why I am writing once more. My subscriber ID is[protected]. It is already more than 9 days my Internet connection is not working and I am calling to their customer care in a daily basis to register the complaint and they are also closing those complaints without any resolution even without my knowledge also. I have registered more than 6 complaints. Till now no action has been taken from their end. I don't understand what is the meaning of registering and closing the complaints on a daily basis if there is no resolution. I have lost my faith on them. Do n't know what to do...
