This is regarding refund issue.

Hi Team,
I requested for a broadband connection and with regards to that, a guy named Rehan came to my place on 17th March 2015.
He took Rs 2100 for the activation of my broadband which includes the free installation.
He was supposed to install in 2-4 days as mentioned by him, however now I am trying to connect with him and he is either ignoring my calls or he answers and says he will come but he is not coming.

My CAF number is: [protected].
He also took my personal documents and I am really worried about my money and documents.
Please let me know the status and when will my broadband be installed, if it cannot be done I would request you to return my money and documents.
I have already tried contacting the customer care and never got any callback, let me know the status else I will have to take some legal actions.

It' s been three months and I am getting the same auto generated reply over and again.
This one is a classy example
"We regret for the unpleasant experience faced by you.
We understand the inconvenience caused and take this as feedback to improve
our service to meet your expectations.
We have taken up your issue and will get it resolved on priority.
Your co-operation will be highly appreciated.
Be assured that we will do our best to resolve your concern."
In one of the mails I got a reply that they will initiate the refund but not sure what on this earth is stopping them to do so.
People are freaking careless and no one is taking responsibility. Such an unpleasant experience.Why somebody isn't providing me an ETA. I get a response only when I
send an email to them.If I remain silent no one gets in touch with
me.They are sending me the same generic email for time and again, only
the signature differs.I must say this is very unprofessional.Extremely
disappointed.The most unpleasant experience with a telecom company I
ever had.
Please do the needful.

It's been three months and still you are in the process of forwarding the complaint.
I do not have any alternate number.

What exactly you mean by they will get in touch with me? I want somebody to call me and provide ETA instead of sending emails.
Please initiate he refund instead of forwarding complaint to the multiple teams.
