[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Complaint not resolving | |||
I have broadband connection of reliance I am not getting internet and phone from 1st August 2015 . On 2nd August I had made a complaint over the phone[protected] using electronic instruction. The reply was the problem will be resolved in 24 hrs. but there was no response. 2) Then I spoke to a customer care executive she again registered a complaint and said problem will be resolved in 24 hrs. but there was no response to the complaint. 3) Desperately I called the customer care and explain the situation again she said to register a complaint. I told her its meaning less and its better give a complaint in consumer court. She replied arrogantly “DO IT”. 4) I am facing the same problem several times. Thinking of the pain of procedures of cancelling and applying for new connection I haven’t cancelled yet. the hopeless company in india. when i called the customer care of reliance once, i got a reply "WHAT CAN I DO WHEN THE COMPANY DOING LIKE THIS" shocking response.
