[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Connection Cancelled without Authorization | |||
Hello, My Name is Akhil and Reliance Broadband ID is[protected]. I got a surprise mail today from reliance saying that my broadband connection has been terminated today and need to pay the Equipment Bill. I HAVENT requested for cancelling my connection any more, they are telling some ticket number but it is not created for me or my authorization. There is no confirmation call or confirmation message has been received to my registered mobile number. I have called customer and ask for the reason to cancel the connection, one Mr Edvin has attended the call and refucing to provide details and ask me to call after 3/4 days to get the details. Even though they are 24X7, asking me to call on business hours. I surely NEED TO KNOW THE WHO HAS RAISED TICKET TO CANCEL MY CONNECTION. Since I havent know anything on this.
