Reliance Broadband — Connection is down since 18th January. | |||
Subscriber ID:[protected] My broadband connection is not working since 18th January, 2015 Here is the words from local technician of reliance: "2-pair cable between your home and 'Landmark Building' (from where i'm getting connection) is broken. We need to replace that cable. Length of that cable is 170 meters. But we don't have that long cable. We will replace your cable when it will be available." This was spoken by technician on 25th January. I'm writing this on 20th February. I can't believe that "RELIANCE" cannot arrange just 170 meters of cable for that long period!!!
